Everything surrounding her is pink and girly, but the name of the CD is in blue which is linked to a boys colour, and also in the title of the CD it says 'boys' so the name and colour links together. The whole picture is old fashioned. The CD player is one from the 60's, the white picket fence links into the idea of being from a different era. Her clothes are from the 1960's as well, they have been in fashion and come back into fashion this  year. There is a plastic flamingo in the background reflects the 60's era.
